We envision a world where we place a high priority on compassion, fairness, honesty, and trust in how we live together on our planet, and with life in all its miraculous forms.

... a world where our own behaviors and the societal systems that influence and amplify them align with that way of living.

... a world where our inextricable human bonds are strong, and the thread of our existence is in harmony with the fabric of the universe of which we are a part.

Among souls in our modern times, we at the Cornerstone Collaboration respectfully acknowledge that we are students of Gandhi, Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King Jr.

We believe humans are inextricably bound together, and that our existence forms a thread in the fabric of the universe.

We also believe that as individuals we are spiritual beings on a human journey. Our better angels struggle against our darker ones as we travel along our human paths.  The bonds between us are strengthened or weakened by the route each of us is taking, and those bonds spin the thread we contribute to that universal fabric.

Our human thread is in harmony with the rest of that fabric when the bonds between us are strong, and dominated by compassion, fairness, honesty, and trust.

At this point in our evolution, humanity faces truly existential threats created by what we value, how we live, and how we treat one another and other forms of life.

Our response to these threats will be determined by our individual choices, our personal behaviors. It will also depend on our collective action and the influence of the large, complex, interconnected, and interactive societal systems we have created to enable us to live as we do.
